After breaking my leg 10 weeks ago, been in hospital with an infection due to a trauma blister. I was discharged and told I would be sorted by my GP.
Since being seen by your nursing staff Sue G W, Amy and also Sally I've been seen by.
These ladies are outstanding and Sue going out of her way to make sure that this infection is under control and clearing. I truly trust this team with the care they have given me.
Thank you ladies xx
I feel the surgery has greatly improved over this last year with reception staff being more approachable on first contact beit by person or via phone... I would like to mention Paul admin manager, whom I can honestly say is the most caring compassionate person I have had the pleasure of meeting through the practise his care is exemplary , also I would like to say I am deeply saddened that Dr Perry Osawu-aware has left for the first time since I was little after medical professional trauma I actually felt comfortable with him and he has an amazing way about him that shines especially me being of a nervous disposition its a great loss to your team. Great work guys and gals as I understand that with services as stretched as theyare it must be so hard to keep smiling but you do..I would like to thankyou all for the great work you all do.

The surgery have looked after my nan for a while, each time she came in she was greeted kindly, especially by manager Paul who would have a laugh with her and make her feel at ease.
When we phoned up the receptionists we’re always very helpful too!
I have been quick to criticise the practice over the lack of appointments available and this if I have a criticism remains the case. However I was recently unfortunate to have been knocked over by a car and one of my injuries was a deep wound to my right elbow which a few days after the accident became infected. Once I had negotiated the appointment process (please don't try and send people to A&E when it is not necessary they are already too busy) I was prescribed antibiotics - the first course did not clear the issue and a second course was needed (Thursday 13th April) which the doctor prescribed however being concerned about the wound he asked Carmel to look at this and dress it as I had not been told not to get the wound wet or that changing the dressing daily would not help it heal. I saw both Carmel and Amy a couple of times and have had cause to phone/message the practice a couple of times in the last 2 weeks and I have to say I have seen the team work at its very best and so I am writing to say thank you so much for your care and attention I really appreciate it. The wound is now healed and I know I still have a way to go but you have patched me up and sent me home confident that I will be ok!
Have a great weekend.
Kind regards

The receptionist was helpful in advising me the best way to make an appointment for my needs and the various ways I could make the appointment (phone/online).
When I saw the GP (I only remember his first name as Tomas) he was patient and I felt really listened to me. He explained his reasoning for his decision and made me feel at ease about my symptoms.
I am lucky in that I rarely need to visit the surgery but this experience was really positive and I really felt cared for.
After my appointment I asked the receptionist about how I can book appointments for my children online and she sorted it all for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
I visits on 11/02/23
